Well-maintained facilities and quick check-in process.
My stay was plagued by multiple issues. The room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being labeled as non-smoking, and the towels provided were worn out. there was drilling noise that disrupted our peace until we complained to the front desk.

During my 4-night family trip to explore the city, we found the spacious room very accommodating. It was great being just a short walk to attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar, which made sightseeing a breeze.
